Apply now!Line Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including aerosol filling machines, conveyors, mixers, and packaging systemsConduct preventive maintenance inspections, lubrications, and adjustments according to established schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performanceDiagnose equipment malfunctions, identify the root cause of problems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty componentsRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions, troubleshoot the issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtimeUtilize a variety of tools, diagnostic equipment, and techniques to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of equipment issuesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts inventoryCollaborate with production and quality control teams to address equipment-related issues and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiencyAdhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and othersAssist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper integration and functionality within the production lineStay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments in aerosol manufacturing equipment to provide recommendations for process improvements and equipment upgradesLine Operator Requirements:Basic math skillsMechanical aptitudePrior experience working on machines and troubleshooting equipmentHigh school diploma or equivalencyQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
