Job Description Job ID: 1305-002 Salary: open Location: NYC Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10Q, 10K, and 8K, as well as public documents such as earnings releases, investor conference presentations, and proxy statements. Handle complex accounting issues and transactions for proper U.S. GAAP treatment as needed. Manage the annual 401(k) plan financial statements. Manage accounting for stock‑based compensation, including monthly reporting, payroll‑related reporting, equity awards database maintenance, and option fair‑value calculation. Oversee one senior accountant. Qualifications CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required. 6–8 years of experience mixing public and private sectors. Experience in a public accounting firm working with Fortune 500 public companies. Private experience must involve SEC reporting responsibilities for a public company. Experience with XBRL filing and stock‑based compensation is a plus.
