Clinical Specialist

Territory: Germany | Field-based role with regional and national travel We are partnering with an innovative surgical robotics company that is redefining soft-tissue surgery through advanced robotic-assisted technology. As the organisation continues to expand its presence across Germany, we are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the successful adoption and utilisation of its market-leading robotic platform. This field-based position will focus on providing expert clinical support to surgeons and operating theatre teams, driving procedural excellence, and serving as a trusted clinical partner throughout the customer journey. We are looking for a clinically focused professional with hands‑on operating room experience who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through surgical innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting soft-tissue surgical procedures, enjoy working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, and be confident building long‑term relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary clinical resource for surgeons, operating theatre nurses, and surgical teams during system use Deliver hands‑on product education and procedural training to hospital teams during onboarding and ongoing clinical adoption Support new system installations and ensure successful implementation within customer sites Drive clinical utilisation and adoption by delivering exceptional procedural support and building trusted customer relationships Collect clinical feedback and procedural insights to support product development and commercial strategy Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Technical Support teams to maximise customer success Represent the organisation at surgeon training programmes, workshops, congresses, and industry events across Germany Maintain accurate records of clinical activity, customer interactions, and case support in line with company processes Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, quality standards, and hospital protocols Qualifications Degree in Nursing, Operating Theatre Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline Previous operating room experience supporting soft‑tissue surgical procedures Medical device industry experience preferred, ideally supporting capital equipment, surgical technologies, or robotic‑assisted surgery Knowledge of minimally invasive surgical techniques and operating theatre workflows Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital stakeholders Fluent German and professional English language skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a field‑based environment Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany, including overnight stays when required Either apply directly or reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr Established Search
