ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS Developing targeted multi-channel communication plans to include mass email, digital marketing aswell as communication plans within One More Childs CRM (customer relationship manager) Developing digital strategies to reach a broader audience for One More Child Assist with Social Media support and strategies Assist with website updates and web strategies Managing OpenSense digital signature internal processes Producing analytical reports for leadership to further assess mass marketing efforts and goals Researching trends and best practices for marketing processes and strategies Implementing best practices for developed and approved marketing strategies Creating graphical assets as needed Serves as agency expert in Canva and offer training and brand standard guidance to outside departments. Assisting with content creation Proofing content prior to distribution Disseminating logo assets to internal and external individuals and partners Performing other duties as assigned by the Communications Manager and VP of Strategic Communications SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience in digital marketing platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES Present oneself, both at and outside of work, in a manner keeping with One More Child’s Core Values of Humble, Hungry, Wise, and Called. Effective communication skills, both oral and written; attention to detail, and ability to multi–task and stay organized under tight deadlines. Computer and systems skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Mathematical abilities including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to develop intermediate mathematical formulas in Excel spreadsheets. Ability to build effective professional working relationships internally and externally. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to maintain confidential employee and company information. Ability to multi-task. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently and as a member of team. Ability to solve daily problems by analyzing situations, determining next step and implementing. Ability to comprehend and process information rapidly and accurately. Skills in effectively organizing work, files, records, etc., to maintain efficient work flow. General knowledge of standard office practices and office equipment.
