Regional Account Manager | TriWest Region (Remote)

Location: Remote | Preferred: Colorado Springs, CO, San Antonio, TX, or San Diego, CA

Travel: Approximately 20% throughout the Western U.S.

Compensation: $100K-$110K realistic first-year earnings (Base + Commission + Ramp Guarantee)

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Regional Account Manager to expand CPAP referral partnerships across the TriWest region. This is a unique opportunity to support the health and readiness of active-duty military members, veterans, and their families by connecting them with life-changing sleep therapy services.

You’ll own a well-established territory, inherit active accounts, and focus on building referral relationships within Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), TRICARE providers, sleep labs, and healthcare organizations .

What You’ll Do

• Develop new referral partnerships with military and civilian TRICARE providers
• Grow and manage relationships with referral coordinators, physicians, clinics, and MTFs
• Educate providers on CPAP programs, patient outcomes, and compliance solutions
• Manage a large territory independently from your home office
• Use creativity, persistence, and strategic outreach to open new accounts and drive growth
• Serve as a trusted liaison for referral partners after the sale

We’d love to hear from candidates with experience in:

• Military healthcare or Military Treatment Facilities
• TRICARE referrals or provider relations
• DME, respiratory, sleep medicine, or CPAP services
• Medical sales or healthcare business development
• Respiratory therapy, nursing, or clinical healthcare roles

Bonus points for:

• Existing MTF access or credentials
• Relationships with sleep labs or pulmonary clinics
• CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
