Head of PR & Communications

Buscamos Head of PR & Communications en Octopus Energy España, responsable de construir, desarrollar y amplificar la narrativa de marca y generar visibilidad orgánica en medios. Responsabilidades Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de comunicación de Octopus Energy España. Construir el relato de marca de Octopus en España: energía limpia, ahorro, tecnología, transparencia, servicio al cliente y alternativa real a las grandes energéticas. Identificar oportunidades de comunicación que ayuden a generar presencia no pagada en medios nacionales, económicos, generalistas, sectoriales y lifestyle. Crear territorios narrativos propios para diferenciar a Octopus dentro del sector energético. Diseñar calendarios editoriales y planes de comunicación ligados a momentos clave del negocio, producto, actualidad energética y campañas de marca. Construir relaciones sólidas con periodistas, redacciones y líderes de opinión para generar visibilidad orgánica relevante. Proteger la reputación de la compañía, definiendo mensajes clave ante temas sensibles y preparando a portavoces internos. Coordinarse con Brand, Growth, Customer, Solar, Product, Social, Media, CRM, Partnerships y Global Comms para amplificar campañas y convertir iniciativas de negocio en historias con potencial editorial. Medir el impacto de la comunicación en cobertura, calidad de presencia, share of voice, autoridad de marca y contribución a notoriedad, confianza y crecimiento. Requisitos +10 años de experiencia en comunicación, PR, gabinete de prensa, agencia de comunicación o departamentos de comunicación corporativa. Experiencia demostrable consiguiendo cobertura orgánica en medios nacionales, económicos, sectoriales o de consumo. Excelente capacidad de redacción y storytelling. Capacidad para convertir temas técnicos o complejos en mensajes simples, humanos y mediáticos. Conocimiento del ecosistema mediático español. Idiomas: español nativo; inglés muy valorable para coordinación con equipos globales. Mentalidad proactiva, creativa, estratégica y orientada a negocio. Criterio reputacional y capacidad para gestionar temas sensibles con madurez. Interés por energía, sostenibilidad, tecnología, consumo, innovación o marcas con propósito. Capacidad para trabajar con datos y convertirlos en historias periodísticas. Experiencia preparando portavoces y gestionando entrevistas. Capacidad para crear ideas de PR que no dependan de grandes presupuestos. Visión estratégica para construir una marca relevante, no solo para conseguir impactos aislados.
