ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2011 after working as a mortgage banker, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and relationship-building into agency ownership. I attended the University of Hawaii, played college baseball, and today I'm married with five children. Faith, family, and finances are core values in both my life and the way our agency operates. Outside the office, I enjoy martial arts and staying active.


Our team includes seven members who work closely together and genuinely enjoy the environment we've built. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Robert Shimabuku - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
