Como Gerente General, usted será responsable de todos los aspectos de la operación de su restaurante.
Los Gerentes Generales son responsables de la planificación estratégica, el impulso de ventas, la contratación de personal, el control de costos, el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos, el liderazgo de equipos y el desarrollo de futuros líderes.

Estas son las cualidades que buscamos en nuestro Gerente General:
• Tiene al menos más de 2 años de experiencia en liderazgo en las industrias de restaurantes, hospitalidad o comercio minorista, con éxito comprobado en la gestión de resultados financieros
• Experiencia trabajando en un entorno práctico, dinámico y de alto volumen
• Compromiso con la calidad de los alimentos y un servicio excepcional al cliente
• Capacidad para orientar y capacitar a los miembros del equipo
• Habilidades sólidas de comunicación con la capacidad de resolver conflictos y proporcionar dirección
• Participación/comprensión en la gestión de inventarios, costos de mano de obra y control general de las finanzas
• Impulso y determinación — piense en PASIÓN
• Deseo de crecimiento personal y profesional
Requisitos:
• Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad
• Completar una verificación de antecedentes y contar con una licencia de conducir válida
Requisitos Físicos / Mentales:
• Utiliza continuamente el habla, la audición, la visión cercana, la coordinación ojo/mano, la percepción del color y la destreza manual/bimanual
• Frecuentemente permanece de pie, camina, alcanza por encima de los hombros, se inclina, levanta y/o transporta hasta 50 libras y trabaja de cerca con otros
• Capacidad para realizar movimientos repetitivos durante largos períodos de tiempo
• Ocasionalmente utiliza el sentido del gusto y el olfato, y la visión lejana. Trabaja alrededor de químicos y limpiadores; camina sobre superficies irregulares; puede requerir el uso de un banquillo/escalera; levanta y/o transporta hasta 50 libras
Condiciones / Horario de Trabajo:
• Mínimo de 50 horas semanales
• Los días y horarios pueden variar según las necesidades del negocio, incluyendo fines de semana, noches y/o días festivos
• Condiciones laborales estándar de restaurante
• Puede estar expuesto a condiciones extremas comunes en un entorno de restaurante, como calor o frío extremos por equipos o el clima
