Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Work in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled plant and have 3-day weekends. Machine Operators play an integral role in ensuring our machines are running at optimum capacity; Machine Operators assist in observing safe and efficient operations of equipment. This position has the support of any of the following: Manufacturing Line Leads, Spider, Production Supervisors and Management. We want you to succeed. Minimal Qualifications 6 months’ experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive position (e.g., construction, distribution warehouse, equipment/machine operator, farmhand, freight handler or other positions which require continuous activity and lifting). Proficient in basic math and reading skills. Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including some overtime as required. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass a post offer drug test and background check. Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. Physical Requirements Ability to stand on concrete floors with fatigue mats for 8 to 12 hours at a time. Ability to lift to 50 pounds and to push or pull up to 400 pounds (181 kilograms) or equivalency utilizing a manual cart. Able to frequently grasp objects. Must possess sufficient visual and audio acuity to work safely and accurately in an industrial environment. Hours And Pay The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 2:30am.
