Sr. Analyst, Project Product Development

Overview Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst, Project Product Development in Woonsocket, RI. Telecommuting is available for multiple positions. Responsibilities Deliver analyses and analytic solutions to meet business needs, working directly with internal and external clients. Create business solutions that deliver data‑driven analytics, including model building, decision trees, classification rules, segmentation, and cluster analysis. Partner with product owners to develop methodologies for measuring pilots, programs, and success rates, and identify data gaps and business needs. Perform data research and custom analysis of integrated healthcare data, interpret results, and make recommendations to business areas. Define data collection methods, metrics, evaluation methods, and present analytic reports for root‑cause analysis, solution ideation, design, and testing. Design and conduct analyses and outcome studies using appropriate research designs and statistical methods. Develop, validate, and execute algorithms, models, and reporting tools for internal and external clients. Write complex and cost‑efficient SQL queries in Teradata and handle large volumes of data. Participate in presentations and consultations on information services, capabilities, and performance results. Apply statistical analysis techniques to business intelligence development. Qualifications Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field. One (1) year of experience in the role offered or related occupation. One (1) year of experience in each of the following: Advanced SQL and SAS programming; large‑dataset analytics in healthcare, business, or retail; supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives; Agile methodologies; MySQL; machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling. Three (3) months of experience in each of the following: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Oracle; PowerBI or Tableau; SDLC; ETL processes and frameworks; data warehousing; quantitative analysis techniques (clustering, regression, pattern recognition).
