The ideal candidate will work closely with manufacturing, planning, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues, track work orders, manage shortages, and support daily shop floor operations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate production schedules and work order priorities.Track material availability, inventory, and production progress.Resolve scheduling conflicts and support corrective actions.Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system data and production records.Support capacity planning, shortage resolution, and urgent customer requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery, quality, and cost goals.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or shop floor control.Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing processes.Ability to read blueprints, routings, and production travelers. xhyhwjd Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
