Individuals should be high energy, constant interpersonal interaction, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Customer Engagement : Greeting clients, building rapport, and ensuring a positive, welcoming experience. Communication : Acting as the face of the comapny, handiling interactions with the customers. Team Collaboration : Working in close-knit teams, contributing to team energy, and facilitating collaboration. Problem Solving : Proactively addressing client needs with a friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented approach.
