Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in the Fort Worth area for the upcoming school year. About the Role
As an SLPA in a school setting, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help students improve their communication skills and succeed in the classroom. You'll be an essential part of the therapy team, supporting students across a variety of needs and age groups.

Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Support students with articulation, language, and social communication goals
- Collect and record data on student performance and progress
- Assist with classroom collaboration and carryover of therapy strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
