Our client, a leader in bioprocessing equipment automation, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the team supporting the Quality department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $33

Shift: Mon-Fri First Shift (United States of America)

What's the Job?

• Perform incoming and in-process inspections on materials and assemblies to verify compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Meet or exceed inspection throughput targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Utilize inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes
• Accurately document inspection results and material transactions in ERP systems in accordance with procedures
• Support tracking and reporting of quality metrics

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with quality inspection and manufacturing assembly or equivalent role
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance onsite
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize team workload based on customer demand or schedules
• Experience using inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, inspection gauges, etc.
• Knowledge/experience in manufacturing processes
