Physician (Travel/Locum)

Position OBGYN Physician – Start Date: ASAP. Pay: $400,000 – $550,000. Location Delaware, USA. Opportunity Overview New hospital and facilities – only 6 years old. In process of building a new OBGYN Operating Room on the floor of Labor & Delivery – will be completed in Spring of 2026. Join a team of 2 full‑time OBGYNs (will be 4 when fully staffed). Three midwives who are tenured and handle outpatient, inpatient, and participate in the call schedule. Call schedule of 1:5. The hospital also has a team of OBGYN Hospitalists for all unassigned patients. Dedicated medical assistants are cross‑trained as scribes, ensuring maximum efficiency. Qualifications Obstetrician/Gynecologist (medical degree and board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology). Demonstrated experience in outpatient and inpatient obstetrical care. Ability to handle a 1:5 call schedule and work in a newly established program. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation with guaranteed base salary + RVU productivity bonuses.
