Customer Service Representative Location: Englewood, Colorado Company: 1-800-Plumber +Air South Corridor Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours per week)

Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company and serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. The CSR is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, gathering customer information, scheduling service appointments, dispatching calls and addressing customer questions and concerns. When issues arise, the CSR works proactively to resolve them in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch call efficiently in coordination with field technicians to optimize scheduling and workflow.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information and service records.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Develop, manage, and maintain operational reports as required.
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Always maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and office software; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
