Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.
• Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans that address particular needs, pain management, and mobility challenges for each patient.
• Work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that focus on strength building, improving balance, and reducing pain through therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, placing emphasis on quality of care, and fostering meaningful patient-therapist relationships for optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Facilitate therapy sessions in diverse locations that suit the patient's lifestyle, ensuring practicality and functionality of exercises performed.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a seamless continuum of care for our patients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
