Schedule :

- 40 hours per week

- 6:30a-3p

Contract Length: 13 weeks – likelihood of extension

Start Date:

- ASAP – client is looking for 10/12

- Client operates on an every other week orientation schedule Tuesday-Friday in Malden, MA – parking will be validated.

Schedule :

- 40 hours per week

- 6:30a-3p

- Monday-Thursday at one Hospital

- Friday at another Hospital

Parking : Small fee at each facility – we will reimburse

Contract Requirements/Experience :

- Must be registered vascular tech

- Must have BLS through AHA

- Must be open to working inpatient and outpatient settings

- Experience with IAC protocols and procedures including maintaining accreditation and submitting bi-annual qualify improvements

- Epic experience preferred

- RTO must be included upon submission

- No more than 5 days of RTO

- If HCP has worked at CHA in the past – must have been separated for a year or more to return

Job Description:

- Renal, Mesenteric, Abdominal, arterial duplex including AV fistula duplex and Mapping for AVF.

- Carotid and Temporal arteries duplex. ABI, TBI, PVR including cold immersions.

- Equipment: Parks Flolab and GE Logiq E10
