About the Job
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Manage a portfolio of accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. Utilize sales tools and ERP system to manage customers, track progress, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and production, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the chemical or battery industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel spreadsheets), and ERP software preferred.
