Palm Beach Tan is looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our store! In this role, you'll drive sales performance, build a winning team, and create an exceptional tanning experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities include leading daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment, recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team, coaching and motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets, driving membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals, analyzing sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and managing all day to day store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements include 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required, proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets, strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities, energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude, reliable transportation and an ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, and proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
