Requirements and Responsibilities

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants Must Be Able To:

• Maintain availability for full Saturday shifts within your hired day part, as well as 2 other weekday shifts within your hired day part
• Smile
• Work inside and outside within the local climate norms throughout the year.
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Display the ability to multitask & quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Consistently communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs

Applicants Should:

• Preferably possess a high school diploma or college degree, although this is not required
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be at least 15 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Maintain an availability that fits your job description
• Have reliable transportation
• Preferably have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Be able to maintain an availability to work at least 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, two days during the weekdays.
• Be able to maintain an availability to work 5:30 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
