Client Services Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support, accurate information, and timely resolutions to their inquiries.

During the initial 90-day temporary period, you will receive comprehensive training on our systems, workflows, and client base. Successful performance, reliability, and cultural fit during this period will lead to a permanent full-time offer with a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, and account statuses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all client interactions.
