Key Responsibilities: As an Epic Professional Billing PB Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Advanced proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle is recommended. Execute assigned tasks with confidence while seeking guidance when necessary to ensure quality outcomes. Recognize and resolve common issues efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the team. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve team performance. Contribute ideas and insights during team discussions to enhance problem-solving approaches. Maintain a strong focus on learning and developing expertise within the project environment. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of work experience. Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Active Epic Professional Billing and Claims certification Education: High School Diploma / GED Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
