Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to serve as the connective tissue across our commercial and product ecosystem . This individual will operate at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing , ensuring that systems, processes, and teams remain tightly aligned.

This is not a traditional PM role. You will be a player-coach —someone who can both drive execution and step into the details, including Salesforce solutioning and light development work when needed.

Your mission is to:

• Ensure Salesforce and adjacent systems scale with the business

You will own team rhythm, cross-functional coordination, and technical delivery—helping multiple stakeholders move quickly while maintaining structure and quality.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Systems, or similar roles
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong Corporate IQ
• High energy
• Positive attitude
• Very tech forward and constantly thinking about automation, AI, and efficiency
• Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, objects, automation)
• Basic development (Apex, SOQL, APIs)
• Proven experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Cross-functional partners (Finance, Product, Marketing)
• Strong experience with Jira (or similar tools)
• Agile / Scrum environments

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations
• Contribute hands-on to solution design and architecture, configuration (flows, validation rules, objects), and light Apex / SOQL / integrations where needed
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, maintainable implementations
• Drive release management, QA, and deployment processes
• Establish and maintain operating cadence across teams: Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release prioritization
• Own Jira and system workflows: Ensure tickets are clearly defined, prioritized, and progressing
• Lead recurring forums: Weekly execution calls, cross-functional alignment sessions
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting across Salesforce and BI tools
• Continuously improve business processes, data integrity and governance, system scalability and usability
• Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrity
• Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, business processes, key workflows and dependencies
