UPS Store - Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time) Location: Lutz, FL (near Tampa Premium Outlets) $15-$17/hr | Full-Time | Weekend availability required (including Sundays) Join a busy, locally owned UPS Store where no two days look the same. What you'll do Greet and assist customers with packing, shipping, printing, and Amazon returns Recommend the right products and services and confidently upsell where it fits Explain current promotions and special offers Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized Resolve customer questions and issues with a friendly, solutions-first approach Pitch in with teammates to keep things moving during busy periods What we’re looking for 2+ years of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred Friendly, professional, and comfortable, recommending solutions to customers Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Available weekends, including Sundays, with a flexible schedule High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual a plus Schedule Full-time, roughly 30-40 hours/week across a mix of opening and closing shifts.
