• Job Title: Refurbishment Technician
• Location: On-site in Pflugerville, TX
• Growth: Pathways to advance to field service work
• Required Skills: Industrial equipment troubleshooting. Electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.Equipment assembly, repair, and testing. Reading schematics and technical diagrams. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Equipment diagnostics and documentation.
• Preferred Skills: Industrial automation or manufacturing equipment. Equipment calibration and quality inspection. Inventory management and root cause analysis. Basic networking, PC configuration, MS Windows and MS Office.
• Required Certifications/Licenses: Technical certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (equivalent skilled trade experience). Valid Driver's License and ability to lift 35 lbs.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and refurbish industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Replace, install, and test mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
• Calibrate equipment to meet performance and safety standards.
• Read schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot issues.
• Document repairs, inspections, and service activities.
• Manage tools and spare parts to support efficient refurbishment operations.

What Makes You Successful

• At least 1 year of experience servicing industrial equipment.
• Technical training or certification in mechanical or electrical technology.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Working onsite Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend support.
