Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments to assess individual needs and create tailored treatment approaches. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both behavioral and mental health pharmacology needs. Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation, in full compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and DEA regulations. Ensure State License, DEA License, and Malpractice Insurance are always active and up to date. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, holistic care for clients.
