Key responsibilities include project management, estimating, and working closely with support teams to maintain efficiency and alignment. The role also involves establishing and rolling out consistent processes, monitoring production schedules, and playing a significant part in executive-level planning and company growth initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, construction, or industrial operations. A strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes, safety, and project management practices is essential, as is hands-on knowledge of industry standards.
