MTI is a Technology Management Company that is opening a new web development office in Rochelle, IL Job Description 3-5+ years experience working in web development, bonus if experience is within a media organization, advertising, digital ad organization Basic understanding of marketing principles and how to develop solutions oriented design. Experience required Proficiency working with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and Wordpress Program web pages working with databases and programming languages to perform back-end work (i.e., MySQL, PHP) and ecommerce Strong communications skills with both technical and non-technical staff Ability to be self motivated and to work well in both a team setting and independently. Maintain and develop the company’s intranet and SalesForce databases and applications Able to take on responsibility and make decisions based on company policy Qualifications Nice to have: Familiar with software and web development Ability to write scripts Experience with continuous integration SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Will have live URLs of your work to reference Must be able to collaborate effectively Must be a proactive communicator Must be able to get to extreme detail Likely an excellent writer Able to use all Microsoft applications and software Additional Information We love to train new people that may not have all the skills we are looking for, but if you have the desire to learn and grow and you can roll up your sleeves and jump into the mix, we would like to speak with you.
