Requisition Information Requisition ID: 929298 | Store #: 000836 LensCrafters | Position: Part‑Time General Function The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience each time at LensCrafters, helping establish it as the premier destination in the community. Major Duties & Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed. Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff (Target Host partners). Takes pride in the appearance of the store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills. Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy. Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals. Strong communication skills (both oral and written). Self‑motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi‑task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment. Total Rewards and Benefits Pay Range: 16.07 – 22.48 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
