HR Project Coordinator

Job Details Job Title : Project Coordinator (HR Transformation) Location: Deerfield, IL 60015 (Onsite) Duration : 12 month Contract (Possible Extension) Pay Rate : $35–38/hour (W2) Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a high-impact HR Transformation Program. This position functions primarily as a Project Coordinator, providing administrative and project management support to ensure the successful execution of enterprise HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive project coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities Provide project coordination and administrative support for the HR Transformation program. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely completion. Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication plans. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across project workstreams. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor project progress and key performance metrics. Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office tools. Support project governance and maintain accurate program documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role. Strong hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow (both are required). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and deliverables. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI. Experience building and maintaining dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
