Job DescriptionWe are in search of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals with a passion for learning, and growing. No previous baking experience is required! We provide great training. We simply require great customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and an eagerness to learn how to bake great-tasting Crumbl Cookies!As a baker at our store, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations, and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.To be successful in this job, plan to be efficient, friendly, and focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, while being decisive, and attentive.Baker Responsibilities:Read and understand Crumbl recipesMeasure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookiesDecorating and displaying the finished productTesting ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controlsGreeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer serviceKeeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levelsTaking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timelyCleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shiftBaker Requirements:Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skillsAttention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and productsBasic math and computer skillsWillingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goodsFlexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availabilityAbility to work in a hot, hectic environmentStand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periodsWeekend availability
