Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant for a challenging yet rewarding position in the beautiful southwest region of Montana. This role primarily involves a schedule of 5, 8-hour shifts, providing the opportunity to work in diverse therapy environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a varied caseload, including outpatient, acute, skilled nursing therapy, and home health.
• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in acute and long-term care settings is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
