Overview The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment and engaging customers to help achieve company goals. Responsibilities Sales and Service : Identifies customer needs & wants through curiosity and confidence, engages customers with intentional conversation, uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience, builds strong relationships, shares current products, fit and fashion trends, and inspires confidence in wardrobe choices. Operations : Supports operational energy as needed, plans and prioritizes tasks to meet customer and business needs, protects company assets, maintains a safe work environment, and follows all company policies and applicable laws. Requirements Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficient and confident using mobile technology (e.g., registers and iPad) to engage with customers. Can adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds frequently; may need to handle objects weighing as much as 50 pounds with assistance on occasion. Can retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, climb a 12‑foot ladder frequently, and occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs up to a 12‑foot ladder. Benefits 401(k) plan.
