Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Contribute to the competency development of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Operating Room (OR) clinical experience required
• Ability to scrub and/or circulate in the OR setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with perioperative nursing standards and best practices
