Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term objectives. Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions. Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
