This opportunity is ideal for an experienced MEP Superintendent looking to lead daily site operations across mechanical and electrical scopes on a large-scale data center project in Hutto, Texas. The role involves overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality, and site execution to ensure the safe and successful delivery of mission-critical construction projects. Responsibilities Manage daily site operations across MEP and electrical construction scopes including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment Develop and utilise look-ahead schedules to assess progress and identify upcoming issues Coordinate pre-construction meetings with the Project Manager prior to mobilisation Direct procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules Meet with and direct supervisory personnel, craft personnel, and subcontractors to review scope, schedule, and phasing requirements Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and construction schedules Manage the project based on progress reports, materials used, and costs and adjust work schedules accordingly Work with the Project Manager to prepare the Project Management Plan Resolve complaints and grievances within the project workforce Ensure company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained throughout the project lifecycle Manage crew mixes and work assignments to control labour costs Skills/Must Have 5+ years of experience working on ground-up commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of MEP and electrical construction processes Ability to read blueprints and understand subcontractor scopes of work Experience managing subcontractors, crews, and labour costs on active construction sites Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to and from the project site Data center or mission critical construction experience highly preferred Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) with employer match Life and AD&D Insurance Long and Short-Term Disability Insurance Critical Illness and Accident Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Stock Purchase Plan Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program Salary $195,000 Base Per Annum #J-18808-Ljbffr Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited
