About the Position

• Type: Independent Single Specialty Oncology Group (not affiliated with a hospital)
• Earnings: Achieve verified earnings in the 99th percentile
• Opportunity: Step into the role of a retiring physician who has dedicated over 40 years to the practice
• Responsibilities: Engage in research trials, manage your own Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and provide patients with advanced cancer treatments
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with patient consultations supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Quality of Life

• Call Schedule: 1:8 call rotation, approximately every 8 weeks (around 6 times a year) - described as a "vacation week" with a more relaxed pace, starting at 9 AM and typically concluding by 3 PM
• Patient Base: Established and verified from the start

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Highly competitive base salary with potential for productivity bonuses as an associate
