Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule: Flexible schedules - 4 or 5 days work week
Patient Volume: 15-20 ppd
Job Requirements: Must be a Certified NP or PA, have an active NY license, Active DEA
Compensation: 130-140k
Benefits: Full Benefits, Travel reimbursement, meal stipend, phone stipend
