Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care for patients’ physiologic and psychosocial well‑being. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors. Oversee the Nurse Aide team – assign duties, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) – licensed in Michigan, current CPR‑BLS certification. Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree. Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and solve complex problems. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
