A growing provider of POS Point of Sale Systems for the Hospitality and Retail Industry is seeking a high-initiative, bilingual in Spanish, Support Technician to serve our customers in the greater Jacksonville area. As a Support Technician/Installer, you will:

·         Provide outstanding customer service primarily through the help desk but                  also through on-site and depot-level support

·         Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

·         Assist with installs by loading program systems, installing equipment,                        installing cable, and providing live support on-site

·         Document, track, and monitor customer requests

·         Create, invoice, and resolve service orders in our CRM software                       

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

·         A willingness to learn new applications and programs, plus a passion for                    results

·         High attention to detail

·         Proficiency installing peripherals and verifying functionality

·         Knowledge of Windows/Android Operating Systems.

·         Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

·         Reliable transportation

·         The ability to speak/read/write English and Spanish
