Senior BAS/HVAC Controls Project Manager Experience: Senior Level Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year Responsibilities As a Senior Project Manager on our team, you will oversee all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—in the Ft. Meade and Baltimore area. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations, while managing schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication. You will maintain strong customer relationships and financial performance.
