**Required Experience and Skills:** - 2+ years of experience - 2+ years of specialty experience **Certifications Required:** - NIH - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) **Licensure:** - Active RN license only (temporary licenses will not be accepted) **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Meditech system **Leadership and Clinical Experience:** - Experience specific to the ER unit is implied but not directly stated **Special Skills/Experience Required:** - As needed floating policy The candidate should also adhere to the dress code and grooming policies stated, including wearing royal blue scrubs and having clean, healthy nails without artificial enhancements.
