In this advanced-level paralegal role, you will conduct legal research, prepare and manage complex legal documents, and support a wide range of high-priority legal matters with a high degree of independence. Job Description: Advanced level paralegal responsible for legal research, preparation of legal documents, file management and tasks that are broad and may be of a complex nature. Works under limited supervision applying an extensive knowledge of principles, practices and procedures. May represent attorney in executing on legal matters. Ability to determine and use appropriate internal and external resources. Likely to have a field of specialization. May act in an advisory capacity. Basic Qualifications: Paralegal certification from an accredited program, or equivalent degree or experience.
