Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.

We're looking for an Events & Experiences Producer to bring the Peec brand to life through unforgettable real-world moments. In this role, you'll own our events strategy and production end-to-end in New York and around the U.S., designing and delivering high-quality gatherings, brand activations, and conference presences that connect founders, marketers, and operators around the future of search and AI. You'll work closely with Growth to ensure every event strengthens our brand, drives pipeline, and creates meaningful connections with the people shaping modern marketing.

What You'll Do

• Own Peec's events strategy and production in New York and the U.S., turning our brand into standout real-world presence
• Conceptualize and produce bold, high-quality experiences end-to-end - from curated partner dinners to high-visibility brand activations
• Lead our conference presence from concept to execution, including booth design, side events, partnerships, and on-site experience
• Manage every layer of production: venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-the-day delivery
• Build the partnerships and relationships that make each event sharper, bigger, and more memorable
• Work closely with Growth and Marketing to ensure every event drives brand depth, pipeline, and measurable impact

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience producing events, brand activations, or experiential marketing - ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup
• Strong creative instinct with taste for beautifully designed, memorable experiences
• High ownership and operational excellence - you manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and deliver flawlessly under pressure
• Natural relationship builder - you are comfortable hosting founders, operators, and senior marketers
• Strong understanding of how events translate into real business impact

Bonus Points

• Proven track record of owning conference presence end-to-end and turning it into measurable pipeline
• Experience producing premium dinners, summits, or invite-only formats from scratch
• Strong brand and design sensitivity - you care deeply about atmosphere, detail, and positioning
• Established vendor and venue network across New York
• Existing network in New York's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
