About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as the senior leader and be accountable to the Board of Directors for the strategic, operational, financial, and clinical performance of its healthcare services. The CEO will work in partnership with the Board to ensure the organization fulfills its mission, maintains long-term sustainability, and preserves access to high-quality care for the communities served. Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of strategic and master facility plans, championing innovation in care delivery and technology, and ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the organization's culture, developing future healthcare leaders, and promoting philanthropy and grant development. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of senior leadership experience in hospital administration. The role requires a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships, as well as a strong understanding of cost-based reimbursement methodologies and value-based care initiatives. The CEO will directly lead the senior executive team and must be adept at managing the organization's operations, budgeting, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a commitment to service excellence, and who can effectively represent the organization to the community, legislators, and regional health system partners.
