Maintenance Technician

We are a nationwide network of addiction treatment centers providing evidence-based care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Through individualized treatment and a full continuum of care, we help clients build the skills, confidence, and foundation needed for lasting recovery and a healthier, more fulfilling life. About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for keeping our treatment facility in safe, working order for the clients who live there and the staff who support them. You will handle routine maintenance and repairs across the building, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting work, as well as upkeep of roofs, windows, floors, doors, woodwork, plaster, and drywall. You will also maintain the grounds and landscaping so the property stays clean and welcoming. You will work with hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, and other power and hand tools, move furniture and equipment as needed, and keep an eye on facility systems such as fire prevention, plumbing, electrical, and backflow. You will need to work independently, prioritize your own day, and collaborate with facility leadership to keep problems from becoming bigger ones.
