Greet every customer with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity. Build strong relationships by discovering customer needs through meaningful conversations. Present and demonstrate our wide selection of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value. Guide customers through engaging test drives and seamless purchase experiences. Present transparent pricing and confidently assist with negotiations. Collaborate with our Finance & Insurance team to complete deals efficiently. Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings. Deliver outstanding follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Requirements What You Bring A desire to challenge yourself and change your future . Automotive sales experience is a plus—but no experience required ; we train the right attitude. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Basic computer skills (CRM experience is helpful, not required). Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
