Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room (OR) located in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves working with a thoracic and vascular team, providing patient care during a variety of surgical procedures. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid RN license with Tennessee or compact license on file at the time of submission; minimum of 2 years of OR experience; OR certification must be on file at the time of submission.


• Schedule: 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday, typically from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with days varying based on departmental needs and late stays may be required. Minimum of 36 hours per week.


• Experience: Must have thoracic/vascular experience and prior travel experience.


• Additional Information: Must be proficient in endovascular cases, capable of scrubbing with scrub experience, and familiar with a variety of case types including neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant, robotic, hybrid, ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic-biliary. The OR environment is a Level 1 trauma center with a 56-bed operating room, including outpatient and procedural areas. Candidates may float within OR but not across different locations.
