High Patient Volume: With 19 operatories, 3-4 Pediatric Dentists, and a daily volume of around 130 patients, our practice supports growth while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a dedicated team of up to 3-4 full-time doctors, offering a supportive and dynamic team atmosphere. State-of-the-Art Facilities: Our office is fully equipped to deliver high-quality pediatric care and the latest dental technology, including advanced sterilization and imaging systems. What You'll Do: Comprehensive Pediatric Care: Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients, including clinical and OR treatments (3-4 days per week in the OR). Patient Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with young patients and their families, educating them on dental health and treatment options. Practice Stats: Total Revenue: $6.5 million in production per year Patient Volume: 130 patients per day Demographics: 70% Medicaid / 30% PPO & Cash All Licensure Fees Covered Ideal Candidate: An experienced Pediatric Dentist passionate about working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
